Welcome to Live Advisor from the Citizens Information Phone Service.

This service provides information on public services and entitlements in Ireland. Live Advisor allows you to chat directly with an Information Officer in a chat-room-type environment. The Live Advisor service is intended for people with hearing and speech difficulties and for others who have difficulty communicating by telephone. The Live Advisor service is available from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
