If you are looking for information or advice on your rights and entitlements the Citizens Information Services are available to help you:
- In person - Citizens Information Centres (CICs) - CICs provide free, impartial information, advice and advocacy services nationwide. Use the Find a centre page to find the contact details and opening hours for your local centre.
- Online - Citizensinformation.ie has current, comprehensive information on social and public services in Ireland.
- By phone - Citizens Information Phone Service (CIPS) - Call 0818 07 4000, Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm. Calls to 0818 numbers cost the same as calling a landline number. If you are calling from outside Ireland, please call +353 21 229 8178.
