CIB welcomes ‘Managing the Sustainable Home’ from MABS and CMETB
The Citizens Information Board (CIB) welcomes ‘Managing the Sustainable Home’ a new course which aims to empower learners to apply sustainable practices to everyday household management.
This innovative programme is a result of a partnership between Cavan and Monaghan Education and Training Board (CMETB) and the Money, Advice and Budgeting Service (MABS), in collaboration with the City of Dublin Education and Training Board (CDETB) and the Northside Partnership.
The Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI 3) validated award covers three specific areas:
- Budgeting and Financial Management
- Sustainable and Healthy Food Provision
- Sustainable Use of Energy and Utilities
Given the importance of money management and sustainability, this is a practical and timely course.
